Eric Chiu is the Founder & CEO of Unima, a Taiwan-based advisory firm. With experience in business operations and ERP integration, he helps companies clarify operational problems, adopt digital tools and plan routes to overseas markets.
Eric Chiu brings experience in business operations and ERP integration. He started his career in specialist planning for Digiwin ERP and SAP, working with industries including trading, manufacturing, healthcare and technology.
In January 2020 he founded Unima Inc. in Taiwan. Positioned as “The CIO for Your Business Operations,” Unima works with business owners and CXOs to identify the right problem before choosing tools, offering one-stop support from advisory to system implementation.
He believes business owners should not carry system selection, talent gaps and transformation risk alone under information asymmetry. Unima’s long-term goal is to help Taiwanese companies build digital operating capabilities and take good solutions to overseas markets.
